At Auvabath, we aim to offer a clear and fair return process.

1. Return Request

To request a return, you may:

  • Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase or delivery.

  • The product must be returned:

    • Unused

    • Not installed

    • Not modified

    • In the exact same condition as sold

    • In its original packaging, with all parts, accessories, and labels

No returns or exchanges will be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, installed, tested, or modified

  • The product is not returned in the same condition as sold

  • There are signs of wear, damage, or missing parts

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Demo / display items

  • Special orders, custom-made, or personalized items

  • Products damaged after delivery

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is not made in store, the product must be shipped to the address provided by our team.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in case of our error.

5. Inspection and Processing

  • All returns are inspected upon receipt.

  • If approved, a refund or store credit will be issued.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges or store credits are accepted in store only, within 30 days of purchase.

  • The product must meet all return conditions listed above.

7. Deposits

  • Pre-orders: deposits are refundable within 7 days of the original transaction.

  • Hold items: deposits are refundable within 48 hours of the original transaction.

  • No refunds on special or custom orders.
