1. Return Request

In the exact same condition as sold

In its original packaging, with all parts, accessories, and labels

No returns or exchanges will be accepted if:

The product has been used, installed, tested, or modified

The product is not returned in the same condition as sold

There are signs of wear, damage, or missing parts
3. Non-Returnable Items

Special orders, custom-made, or personalized items

Products damaged after delivery
4. Return Shipping

If the return is not made in store, the product must be shipped to the address provided by our team.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in case of our error.
5. Inspection and Processing

All returns are inspected upon receipt.

If approved, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
6. Exchanges

Exchanges or store credits are accepted in store only, within 30 days of purchase.

7. Deposits

Pre-orders: deposits are refundable within 7 days of the original transaction.

Hold items: deposits are refundable within 48 hours of the original transaction.

No refunds on special or custom orders.
